One simple step, look at your old ways of life.

1 The change in the voice in your head.

2 The change in the type of people you hang around with.

3 The change in your desires and needs

4 The change in perspective towards other people

5 What you believe are strengths and weakness for people in general. (this may be a little tricky – just try to jot down what you believe are the requiered skills to make a person strong enough, to survive the challenges of this hollographic world i.e. our planet earth)
